How Does It Work?

Free No-Obligation 20-Minute Discovery Call

To establish if we are the right fit for each other, I offer a free 20-minute video conversation over Zoom. I will use this time to find out more about you and ask questions to see if I can help you. If it isn't a good fit, I will let you know and point you in the right direction. Once we have established that we will work together, I will send you a Client Intake Form and my Terms & Conditions, which you will need to sign and return with your payment before scheduling a session with me.

Hypnosis Session

The session will be done over the internet and will last approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. If we need a little extra time, I always ask clients to block out three hours. During the initial 15-minute consultation, we will review the information you have given me and clarify exactly what you want to do and how you want to be. This will be followed by a RTT® Rapid Transformation hypnosis session, which includes hypnosis and regression to find the root cause of the issue. Your session will be completed with Accelerated Reframing Transformation™® (ART™), a powerful transformation that aims at installing positive new suggestions into your subconscious mind.

Hypnosis Voice Recording + Optional Video Deepener

After our session, I will produce a bespoke voice recording that you listen to daily for a minimum of 21-days following your combined ART® and RTT® hypnosis session. I will send this recording to you via email so you can download the recording onto your mobile phone or computer for daily listening.

The success of your investment depends on the fact that you listen to your recording daily for at least 21 days after your RTT® hypnosis session. Repeated listening to your recording will allow the new, positive, and supporting beliefs to be firmly installed. Doing so will break those old unwanted habits and create new neurological pathways, rewiring the brain.

A hypnotic ART™ Video Deepener is offered as an add-on. The video deepener comprises a Full HD hypnotic video animation, suggestive text animations appearing on screen, my suggestive voice, and meditative background music. The video animation has been designed in such a way that it will allow my suggestive voice to reach the deeper levels of your subconscious mind while your conscious mind is drawn in and 'fascinated' by the hypnotic video animation.

Post Session Follow-Up

The success of your investment depends on the fact that you listen to your recording daily for a minimum of 21 days following your combined ART™ and RTT® hypnosis session. I will be with you 10-days after your session to support you. After 21-days of listening to the recording, we will schedule a check-in call.

Identify and Change Factors that Affect Your Sleep

Approximately 30-48% of adults are affected by some sort of sleep disorder such as insomnia. Stef can help you develop healthier sleep habits by identifying the root causes of your sleep issues and working with you to address them. Finding the root cause  of your sleepless nights is VERY IMPORTANT for a long-term solution as it will help me provide you with customized hypnotic suggestions that will address the root problem of your sleep disorder - not the symptoms.  This is done during hypnotic regression, where we'll ask your subconscious mind to TRAVEL BACK IN TIME to find the time, the place, the and the event where your sleep problems started. If you're someone who struggles to fall asleep or stay asleep, you know how frustrating it can be. You may have tried everything from over-the-counter medications to 'natural' remedies, but nothing seems to work. Stef is a IACT® board-certified clinical hypnotist and RTT® Rapid Transformational Practitioner specializing in sleep hypnosis and sleep disorders such as insomnia.

THE PROBLEM

Sleep disorders are common, with an estimated 50 to 70 million adults affected in America alone. There are many different types of sleep disorders, including insomnia, sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, and narcolepsy. Sleep disorders can have a significant impact on your quality of life. They can make it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The quality of your sleep may affect your mood, energy level, and ability to function during the day. Lack of quality sleep can lead to serious health problems, including stress, heart disease, stroke, and even diabetes! If you’re struggling with a sleep disorder, you may feel exhausted during the day. You may have trouble concentrating or remembering things, you may be irritable or moody, you may have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep and you may wake up feeling unrested. In other words: It's very important to address sleep problems early on to avoid your quality of life from being affected on so many levels.

THE SOLUTION

Several solutions may help you get the quality sleep you need. Some people find that making changes to their sleep habits, such as going to bed and waking up at the same time each day, can help. Others may need to use medications or other treatments. Sleep disorders can be treated with medication, therapy, or other methods. One of the most effective solutions is often overlooked: hypnosis, a tool that has been designed to work specifically with the mind. The mind is the place where most sleep problems reside - and that's why hypnosis works so well for sleep problems such as insomnia. Hypnosis is the act of inducing a state of trance, in which the person is more open to suggestion. This can be done through relaxation techniques or guided imagery. Hypnosis has been shown to be one of the most effective treatments for insomnia and other sleep disorders. It improves the quality of your sleep. 

HOW THIS WORKS

RTT® Hypnosis works by inducing a state of deep relaxation, called 'trance'. The hypnotist will guide you into a state of trance through different techniques, also called 'induction'. Once you’re in a state of deep relaxation, RTT® hypnosis will take you back in time to help you understand why, where and when you acquired your sleep problem. The hypnotist then provides you with customized suggestions that will remove outdated beliefs and change the wrong habits that created your sleeping problem in the first place. By doing so, the hypnotist will literally "reframe" your thoughts and beliefs around sleep so you can start to see change. Stef is a board-certified hypnotist RTT® Practitioner and ART® clinical hypnotist working with you to help you find a customized solution that works for you so you can get the quality sleep you need and deserve.

I will produce customized visual, auditory, kinesthetic and textual suggestions (VAKT)* to implant new, positive beliefs into your subconscious mind in replacement of old, outdated beliefs. You'll be given a free transformation recording for yours to keep that include a voice and background music to help you relax and firmly install new beliefs and habits for better sleep. The recordings are provided to you so you can listen to them at home and incorporate the practice into your daily routine for long-term results. Transformation recordings are a key part of long-term success because they provide you with continued support and reinforcement outside of our hypnosis sessions together. You'll be given recordings that are customized to your individual needs and goals. The recordings will help to embed new powerful suggestions into your subconscious mind for lasting change.
